I have just tried to play a game (Black mesa), and steam gave the error message saying that my steam library (drive D:: 2Tb is not accessible or corrupt).
After uninstalling steam and the library from my D: drive and reinstalling I am getting the same message after trying to re-download Black mesa with an additional message, not enough disk space.
The library on D: could only be removed in safe mode after trying all the steam suggestions it still will not download.
I have several apps installed on the D: drive and all work fine and I can read and write to the drive which has 1.6 Tb free.
I ran a disk scan and repair and no errors were reported.
