Steelseries Arena9 speakers won't play mp3's

This speaker setup cost over $500 and I got it to play music mp3 files. It is set up properly but the music plays for a while, then cuts out on some speakers while playing on others. The driver/firmware is up to date. Any suggestions? I may just return them.

Return them while you can.
Speakers are the easiest thing to connect, if they do not work, then there is something wrong with them.

Thanks for the help, y'all. I have sent the speaker system back to Amazon. Amazon makes returns easy. It's too bad though, because they were nice speakers and I can't find another 5.1 setup for my PC. Thanks again..........
