Solved Strange visual when opening File Explorer
Since Installing
this update back in September, whenever I open a new window of File Explorer, a black bar would take up the upper portion of the window shortly before being replace with normal UI. This was never case in the build I had before installing the aforementioned update.
Here it is in action

I'm not on the dark visual but I get a blue bar at the top for less than a second the FE becomes open. Just updated to Build 22631.2715. Looking at the previous Build on one of my other Win11 computers shows there was a hint or flash of the bar before the top part of FE loaded.

Thanks for the response. So is this supposed to happen? I don't have another Windows 11 computer to reference.

I have another Home and 2 Pro to update so will keep an eye on it.
And Yes, I have too many computers. I take machines for parts and rehabbed if possible, the Home Notebook and Desktop are those. I bought the Pro Notebook in Oct. '21 [had to start learning the new OS] and the Pro Desktop in April '22.

Must be a bug then. What's the chance of Microsoft addressing this, if I were to make a report? Nothing major, just curious.

Could be a combination of your PC's video driver and File Explorer. That's the one of the problems with the OEMs and Microsoft. Is their collusion in packaging device updates (when none are needed), within the upgrades/updates. If users want to update the drivers to their PC devices, they should come directly from the OEMs.
