Stuck in Safe Mode with flickering screen on 22H2 22621.819

I have an issue the same as a previous thread back in April time, where when in safe mode (normal Mode)
The screen is flickering, and the task bar is empty, but when in safe mode with networking its ok

Can any body advise please

Same here. But you can navigate through Windows and to its System 32 folder and try to reach msconfig.exe to exit safe mode. I was able to uninstall my graphics driver and before I had to reboot to complete the uninstall, it worked again, but after rebooting I had the flickering again. Actually, it is explorer.exe that keeps crashing, as I saw in the reliability history.
