1) There is no such thing as outdated drivers.
2) NEVER use 3rd party driver utilities / updaters. I urge you to uninstall the app and don't worry about the drivers. Your problem with browsing is NOT a driver issue - and forget about those tweaks.
3) There was no need for you to have to jump through all those hoops in this thread for your issue.
