System/resource overview?

I seem to remember reading an article about an app or page or something where you could view system resources, status, etc all in one nicely laid out page. Does this ring a bell for anyone?

Task Manager does a pretty good job telling you how your resources are being utilized. Using its tabs you can check your startup programs, system performance, and status of background services. Each column can be sorted by clicking on the column. For an example if you have high memory usage, click on the column and the highest memory user will be put at the top.
