System settings for tray icons error.

When I go into personalization for the task bar and select 'other system tray icons' to make an icon appear I have to toggle it OFF instead of ON.
For example, if I want the Afterburner or OneDrive tray icon to appear I have to toggle the setting to OFF. If I set it to ON, the icon will not display. It appears to be working backwards.

Yes, I am aware I am running the dev version. Nor am I surprised when a dev version has issues. It was a moderator who moved it to this section. 🤷‍♂️
