When I use VLC Media player, the system sound needs to be set for VX3276-QHD. When I wish to play sound from Premiere video editor, I have to change the system sound to Realtek Digital Output.
Is there anyway for the system to automatically play the correct sound output without me having to constantly change the system sound? I am having to do this every few minutes when working on a video project.

This is missing some context. You note that with VLC you need to set the sound output to VX3276-QHD. I assume that is a monitor. But you don't say why you need to do this. Why not simply set the sound to the same output for everything?

Forgive me if I'm missing the point.

VX3276 is the monitor speakers. If I don't change the setting, there is no audio.
