Task Scheduler acting very strange:

Clicking on one item (.net, anywhere, except the icon) and trying to move (top to down) to the next with a click it won't respond but, it will move to next if the icon is clicked instead.
After, going backward, it will work normally with a click.

I've noticed this as well in things like file save dialog boxes. The application or dialog box behaves as if the line above was clicked. In fact, with Task Scheduler, if you highlight the task in line one, then double-click the task in line two, the task in line one is the one that opens for editing.
