Task Scheduler Help Needed

I am trying to setup Task Scheduler so the task would basically once every minute repeatedly on Monday-Friday from 6:15AM-1:30PM during those days. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Basically, the task I want to run is:
"C:\Users\vince\Downloads\MSMoneyQuotes v2.5.0.1\MSMoneyQuotes.exe" -r -c

which when run as either from the Admin prompt or from a shortcut (non-admin) would show this:

In Task Scheduler, this is how I have things configured:

I have it on Run instance as parallel because currently, I have it running from the cmd prompt which will refetch the data every 15 minutes which cannot even be configured in the program. The Task itself is supposed to run, grab the data once and then the window will auto-close.

Just tried that and it still has the same exact errors in the history when run.

Have you clicked "Change User or Group" to ensure you have given it access?

Have you tried moving it out from the "Downloads" system folder?
If you do change the folder location, make sure you go to the "Security" and give it full "Allow" access.

Also. Have you tried changing the "Configure For" operating system? It doesn't have to match the operating system it's running on.

No for the first two. The reason for the 2nd is it's actually the Downloads folder under my account.

Yes to the last question. I actually have it running on a non-stop loop in a batch file now but I just need it to start the batch file when I login to Windows on each reboot automatically so a task may not even be needed.

Drag a shortcut for the .bat file or .ps1 or whatever into the Startup folder? That way it will get launched every time you log in. Crude but it should do the job:

Pretty crappy that it has to run that frequently. Not a well thought out design.

Yes, that was what I was thinking. The frequent part is because this is for getting quotes for Microsoft Money and the author made it every 15 minutes by default and well, you know when it comes to prices for stocks, it's real-time so I want it as real-time as possible since 15 minutes can be the difference between gaining and losing.
