I have Dual Monitor Set up. Everything works perfectly. I have the "Show Taskbar Buttons on: "Taskbar where window is open". . . Just one small problem. I have one software that won't move it's button over to Monitor 2. Everything else I open will move it, but this one software just won't budge. . lol

Probably one that a lot of people here aren't too familiar with. . It's called "WSV3". . . It's a weather radar software :) (Yes, i'm a weather nerd)

It may well be due to the version of the program that you are running as it appears the app has had several updates as Windows GUI has changed.
