Dual Boot W11 Home25H2/Linux Mint22.2 Cinnamon
No context menu upon "R" click of Taskbar, only Task Mgr and Taskbar settings options, which directs to "Settings".
The context menu disappeared about 2wks ago when I attempted to access it, and it was not there.

True, default in Win11. Check the right-click of the Start button, a number of options there. Control Panel is still available but some small changes in it.

One of the last dozen or so updates, gave you back the Task Manager option.

Prior to that, the only option was for Taskbar Settings and it has been that way for quite a while, probably since 22H2.

Explorer Patcher installed, but was nonfunctional, making no changes.
StartAllBack, on the other hand, was very functional, making the desired changes.
