Im using a HP laptop and whenever i close down the lid and reopen it most of the icons on the taskbar are not visable, anyone know what the issue might be and how to fix this?

I'm not sure what is causing your problem, but try these things...

Hmmm..... I thought that Windows 11 icons on the taskbar are centered in the middle of the taskbar. Your screenshot shows the "Start button" on the far left. I thought that changing this can only be done with 3rd party software.
