Reinstall your graphics drivers. Most likely some visual effect doesn't work properly and keeps the taskbar visible in full screen.

It's possible but wouldn't hold my breath. I'm still waiting for MS to fix the Realtek sound driver problem. With every new Insider Dev build I have to manually select the HD sound driver in Device Manager to get my speakers working.

I can get the taskbar to show on a YT video on full screen but only if I have a second monitor connected. If I left click on the desktop of the second monitor then the taskbar shows. To remove it just right click on video and left click away from the menu.
