I'm having trouble using TClock - Win 10. If I run it, it works OK, but the MS clock still shows in the systray. If I turn off the 'show clock' option, neither clock appears. Any suggestions to correct this?

My experience with T-Clock is, that it does not function anymore in Windows 11. Only if you would use StartAllBack (but that app does have it's own configurable systray clock) or maybe ExplorerPatcher (with which I have no recent experience anymore).

If you want the systrayclock to be altered without any taskbar-tweaking program, you could use ElevenClock. That app positions its clock over the existing systray area and is rather good configurable. I have been using it quite a while, but don't need it anymore because I use StartAllBack and its built-in systrayclock.

Thank you for your reply. I had checked ElevenClock before, but I don't remember why I didn't stay with it. I just loaded it, but I'm unable to enter anything in the "Date & Time Settings" box after checking the "Set a custom date and time format...". Any idea why this is happening?

No, I would not know, because I don't know your settings in ElevenClock (EC) and I never used that option "Set a custom date and time format".

I still have a testversion of Windows 11 with Start11 and EC on my VirtualBox subsystem.
In that environment I have set language of EC to English (default is Dutch).
Then I made a lot of screenshots of the settings, that result in this appearance of the clock (rather simple but bigger characters):

The settings: (please click the images to enlarge them):

The very last image shows how to export and import settings:
Import-export.jpg
I exported the settings to a file "Elevenclock settings.esf" and attached it here, zipped.
You might use that file to import it in your EC app, but make sure you export your own settings first.
So you could check if everything works fine and the again try the option "Set a custom date and time format".
Which I will try later on.

Did try the "Set a custom date and time format" as well and found no problem in filling in the options for time and date.
The specs:

The result:
002756.jpg

For that purpose I had to enlarge the width of the clock to 200.

If you can't do that, you might try to reset the settings of EC first:

And maybe you are using any third-party app to tweak the taskbar. In that case please specify what app you are using!

Unless you're prepared to use a Taskbar replacement application such as StartAllBack, then ElevenClock is the best option.
It's not perfect, but it works well enough for me.

Thank you for all your replies. I tried the attached settings file and could not edit the date/time items, though it did add another time indicator to the systray. I then reloaded my exported settings file and got it back to where it was; though I still cannot make changes to the time/date format. I have no taskbar tweaks in place. I also did a elevenclock reset, without any change.

In that case I think I can't help you any further.

Maybe others can, but for that I advice you to fill in the specs of your computer into your profile.
An example you find when you click 'My Computer'below this answer.
Please make sure you mention the Windwos version exactly:
- Open a dos prompt
- Type 'winver'
- Result is something like: Windows 11 Home 23H2 22631.4317
- Post that in your specs
- Please mention other details as well!
