The human mind is comprised of 3 "areas" autonomous among them, each with its own way to work (the 1st works mainly physically and is the one directly comparable to machines, the other two are mainly chemical; side note: chemistry is horrible for information systems, as it's slow, random and destructive, specially with the info):
- Intellectual and physical.
- Emotional.
- Sexual.
Side note: AI isn't faster or more efficient than humans in what it can be (specially in reaction times lol, our brain "works" at about 9 Hz what roughly means "cycles" or at least a "time scale" of 111 millions of ns) for the lack of emotions or sexuality, but for the much faster square wave processing vs neurons.
I call AI "non deterministic algorithms", and I sometimes hear about "AI tasks" that (I think) would be more efficient (exact at least) if driven deterministically. For example any math op, ordering a list etc will always give the same and correct result with any correct algorithm, but the AI result depends on the AI engine and its training. The AI "knows" the deterministic method and it can "order" a sub-task deterministically (like when we use a calculator or a spreadsheet for maths). We're not efficient compared to a machine in deterministic things since decades ago (PS: not a good example):
Google's AI just corrected me on a detail from the movie "Apollo 13" (1970 mission, 1995 movie) that I remembered the other way round:
What I remembered (maybe misunderstood) was that they imperatively needed the computer to drive the maneuver correctly, and that it was not feasible to get it right manually. I also read maybe when I was child that computers are essential for space exploration.

Another danger.
Substances: the Hitler's regime, the WW2 and the Holocaust, as the 3 main tragedies derived from the same facts, were chemical accidents, caused by the use by the German army of substances to increase the soldiers' physical capacity, specially reducing the feeling of tiredness, but they also had awful psychological effects (side note 1: I haven't said anything about the Hitler's culpability, that is maximum, I concentrate in the physical/chemical process, for example Hitler was very racist but most racist people haven't committed serious crimes; side note 2: the said substances are different from the "street drugs" in many aspects, for example the soldiers didn't go "flipados" to the front in any way, they were "just" strongly inclined to extreme violence and to make people suffer; side note 3: according to the Guiness World Records book, the WW2 disasters -number of victims and material damages costs- multiply several times the ones from all the other wars in history combined).
Possibly one of the most significant "chemical accidents" was in the Spanish Civil War, 1936-1939, where the rebels leaded by Franco were aided by the nazis: the Guernica bombing, that inspired the famous Picasso picture. More or less it was this way: nazi1: look, a wooden village, there aren't many here; nazi2: we'll have a blast with our incendiary bombs! Incendiary bombs can be regarded as mostly useless militarily speaking, the historian that wrote my main reading about this bombing qualified these bombs as a German army "advance" that they were eager to try, but modern armies don't use this as a "main" weapon (although any army can probably build one or two if needed). So "the substances" have even invented weapons!

Google: Due to the explosion in the service module, the ship was left almost without electrical power. The astronauts had to completely turn off the main navigation computer to conserve the battery of the ship's modules and thus have enough power for re-entry to Earth. To correct the trajectory and not get lost in space, they had to burn fuel from the engines completely manually, calculating the exact ignition time (exactly 39 seconds) using a mechanical wristwatch from the Omega Speedmaster brand.
