Solved Temp monitoring apps?

Hi,

Which apps are must to monitor the CPU 4 cores and SDD for the laptop?

What should be the approx. normal temp. values min and max for the laptop while doing normal off work, viewing a movie etc. no gaming?

My laptops all cores remain at approx. 45 C.

This apps min and max values are of the laptop's and not standard correct?

There's no "normal" usage, gaming is not a King of CPU usage, some applications can use more power than most games. Minimum temps also depend on load, mostly at idle but idle is pretty stretchy and depends mostly on background tasks, also on room temperature.
Laptops by default tend to get hot under load but what safe high temps are is determined by manufacturer, that should be stated by manufacturer.
If in doubt about accuracy use several programs like for instance HWinfo and or CoreTemp (but not at same time as that can confuse sensors).
