The structure of the clock is strange

Hello.
i upgrade my windows from 10 to 11.
my Windows 11 ver. is: 22H2
the build ver. is: 22621.1
until now every think is O.K but since i have upgrade, the clock structure is very strange.
i set up my region and language but the clock view remains strange as shown in the attachment.

The correct time for that time is: 23:39

i leave in israel.
the time region is +2 (Jerusalem)
the main language is Hebrew and the second is English.
hope some one give an adviceץ

Go to the old control panel and select Region. In the window that opens select Additional settings, in the next window that opens select the time tab. Make sure and change the format to HH:mm for short time. Apply and OK.

As you’re running an insider/RP version (22H2) that may be an unknown bug.
And as your language is Hebrew this reads from right to left so the clock appears to be showing correct if seen this way.
If you change the language to English does the clock correctly show? If yes change the language back to Hebrew & see if the problem returns.
