Themes Slide Shows Stopped Turning (not lock-screen)

Well, it's just as on the title. Themes pictures stay stuck on a single image. They do tot rotate automatically. They only change once when I right click on the desktop and select Next desktop background. Very strange. Sfc results clean.

Have you checked your Personalization settings on the right-click of the Desktop?

What do you mean exactly, please?

Personalise goes to Personalisation settings. There, all seems to be OK, where I have the Change picture every set for 10 minutes. Slideshow is On.

The Display settings have been as they are for a long time.
