How can get LSA to accept this dll?
And If sommeone wonders: I not running Itunes.
Bonjour is used by Dymo software to my Label Printer.

Have you checked the Dymo web sites for new drivers?

  • You can also open the Core isolation page by selecting Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Device Security and then under Core isolation, selecting Core isolation details.

Hey @Mikke
Keep in mind that turning Memory Integrity off disables some protection and makes your system more vulnerable.
Ideally, Dymo should update their drivers, even for their older models.

I suppose that the security value of core isolation may be less than enabling old hardware to continue to work.

I don't know whether to criticize Microsoft, Dymo, or both. :-|

Dymo, they're probably using an outdated version of the Bonjour driver. MS is doing their job by identifying and blocking vulnerable drivers, but smaller companies simply lack the dev resources to keep up with security exploits.

The latest iTunes includes the current Bonjour driver, which according to Chocolatey's repo site can be installed separately.
1. Download the iTunes installer. Chocolatey suggests https://secure-appldnld.apple.com/itunes12/072-08832-20241021-5BCDE100-420E-4BEF-A8C7-16A8E499B7D3/iTunes64Setup.exe

2. Unzip the iTunes64Setup.exe file to a folder.

3. Inside you will find a Bonjour64.msi file. As Admin, install the latest driver:

4. Check if your printer still works. If not, go into Device Manager and select the printer driver. Rollback to the older Dymo version.

5. Assuming everything works, try to re-enable Core Isolation.

I did and that worked fine.
But when trying to re-enable Core Isolation the system told me that another driver stopped me from doing that:

The dreaded (and mostly useless) WD SES driver, is always banned by Core Isolation as a vulnerable driver.
If you're not using WD's password feature, you really don't need it.
