Tidal - black screen

Hey. Hey.
With the official Tidal app for Windows 11, I sometimes get a "black screen" and have to restart the app.
Does anyone know what could be causing this?
(Internet works OK and I noticed that the song plays all the way through).
(I don't get the app from the Windows 11 Store, but directly from the website https://offer.tidal.com/download .)

It is a long term listening (almost nonstop).
Doesn't Tidal itself terminate the audio stream? ???
(It just happened to me while writing this post, so Windows 11 was not in any power saving mode and there was no internet outage).
Correction. Hey. is a mistranslation of Deep-L Translator, and should be Hi.
