Ok, here's the deal. The clock didn't automatically change to daylight savings time over the weekend.
I have two screenshots here... the Date & Time setting page from Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Windows 10 changed to daylight savings time, as it should. As you can see from the pics below, there is only one toggle in a different position.
That would be the "Set Time Zone automatically" toggle.
Even using the reg patch in the Win 11 tutorial, I can't turn that toggle... ON.
I think this is why the switch to daylight savings time, didn't work on Windows 11.
