Time To Personalize Windows 11

Lol - I feel ya. I've ... struggled with it in the center. It's getting a bit better now, but I'm re-vamping my taskbar groups, and I'm slightly thrown off again....
I did the reg hack and have mine on the top. Where it belongs when I have to use Skype when the Sr. Center is closed.

I absolutely hated it in the middle, and I'm not a fan of having to click twice to get to All Apps. Gonna see if I can get it on the taskbar.

I absolutely hated it in the middle....
I'm actually beginning to appreciate it being in the middle, especially now I've pinned my frequently used apps to the taskbar and rearranged them so my most used ones are in the middle. They are always there 'front & center' whenever I need them.

I just found out if you RC on start you get the pop up shown below.
Just in case you didn't know how completely editable that RC-on-Start (Win+X) menu is, maybe have a look at this. It doesn't even have to be installed, and it lets you take out anything you never use (or that you get to in another way) and add in any program you'd like to have handy right there. It says Windows 10 and 8 still, but it works perfectly on 11, and updates don't affect the changes you make.

I can simply say that I took the red pill and I am not happy with it.
Is there windows feedback to make MS put some love into the light theme? The light theme looks ridiculous, it even ignores theme colors unlike dark mode, which I am forced to use to keep some consistency, but it hurts my already weakened eye. :look:

Fight the good fight, never give up!
I wonder how many face-palms are happening in the MS design team room!!!

I "like" rounded corners, and I definitely don't like change, just for the sake of change.
I even like rounded corners on ElevenForum thumbnails...

I use WinDynamic for my Desktop - changes wallpaper with the time of day - in my case wallpaper is all Mojave Desert from Apple and changes are very subtle based on time in my time zone. Kinda fun to watch the sun rise and set on the same scene . Here is day at 9:30 am and a night shot (Taskbar is blue on actual night shots) - 22 other wallpapers in between, based on time of day.

@Edwin, you're pretty up to date with Stardock. Do you think they'll release a Windows Blinds for Windows 11? I've been waiting on it. Sure would like to use my license for it!

Pretty nice. How did you get WindowBlinds to run in Windows 11? I don't think I could install it, but I'll try again.

Version 10.89 installed fine for me. A lot of elements, especially Control Panel applets look like crap, though!

Oh, it installed all right. And then all heck broke loose. Fences kept throwing a message saying it needed to be reenabled, windows were blinking left and right, and Explorer kept restarting. Not a fun experience at all. I had to uninstall it. I installed whichever version they have for download now.

There are some options for apps that may have terrible frame bleed through..., you gotta play around with them...
