Touchscreen double tap setting missing

Hey :)

i bought a new pc for my flight simulator (ryzen 9800x3d with rtx 5080)

For the homemade cockpit i use a touchscreen as screen number 4

the problem is for the touchscreen to work in the sim i need to disable the double tap for touchscreen but in windows 11 i cannot see any touchpad setting as i used to in W10

In bluetooth and devices i only see TOUCH setting but here i can only set the speed for the double tap not deactivate it

i search for hours but did not find any thing to make this touchpad setting appear

any clue ?
