Tried to install webcam, now Memory Integrity won't turn back on

I purchased an onn brand Webcam, as I needed one in a hurry, and I've used onn before. Despite being listed as plug n play, it wasn't, and I had to download software. When I tried to install the software, I got an error message saying security was preventing installation. Googling it, I was advised to turn off the Memory Integrity, install the software, restart the computer, then turn M.I. back on. I did as advised, only now M.I. won't turn back on. I get an error message of "Incompatible Drivers". Searching for those lists 2 files: HHTHid.sys with a zero beneath that. Both have a drop down menu. Opening the first reads "Device: HHT-Tech Hid Device
Import Date: 12/11/2025
Driver Date: 7/1/2019
Driver Version: 1.0.0.0
Published name: oem43.inf

The other reads: File Version 1.0.0.0
Product name: HHT-Tech HHTHid

I uninstalled the software for the Webcam and restarted the computer. Didn't work.
I managed to locate oem43.inf under Devices by Drive, in Device Manager. When I open it, I see "HHT-Tech Hid Device"
Can I go ahead and delete those? From the Import date, I'm assuming they're drivers downloaded when I tried to install the Webcam, and hopefully deleting or uninstalling them should stop the trouble with Memory Integrity and allow me to turn it back on?

@Celonha

Welcome to Eleven Forum. :-)

Some companies don't keep their drivers up-to-date with Microsoft's requirements.
You can just disable the "Vulnerable Driver Block List" if desired.
Mine's been off forever... no problems.
I've also had Core Isolation and Memory Integrity off forever.

Here's some things that you may find useful...

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?

You may have a copy of the offending driver(s) retained in the Driver Store, even though you've uninstalled them. Even though they aren't active, that would still prevent you from enabling Core Isolation.
