Hello,
I have a remote PC running Windows 11 Pro. I've used Windows Update to ensure I have latest updates.
When I try to shut down the computer remotely, it hangs for a while and sometimes tries to reconnect, other times it just hangs and, eventually shuts down, but I am not sure it's actually shutting down.
Are there any settings that can fix this? I've tried Microsoft Support but their AI gives me the wrong answer, there's no setting in the Group Policy Editor that AI says is there.
I've also tried unchecking on my local PC the setting to "reconnect if connection is lost", but that doesn't help either.
Thanks,
Jerry
