Windows Version number - Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.2134)
When I went to go run a network troubleshooting I get this.

I did
- Run System File Checker - SFC /scannow
- dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Yup no clue on how to fix it anybody have any ideas?

Hi, welcome.

Did you try re-installing the network drivers to see if that gave it a kick? Just an uneducated thought, I try though 🙏

No a repair install will not wipe out anything.. It's the same thing as an upgrade. It replaces only Windows files, not user files, settings, or apps.
But as with any upgrade I strongly suggest you make a full system image before repairing windows.
