Hello All,
On my windows 10 computer, I have always used a single account with all the Domain Emails downloading into a single "Inbox" and a single "Sent" file and single supporting folders . It even downloads a iPhone and Android emails straight to the same Inbox. These are being stored in Outlook Files Folder in Documents as .pst files. But on Windows 11 it opens a full account for each email downloading in each of their Inboxes and supporting folders separately. And this way it is a nightmare. When I open my travel website I will have about 17 email accounts!!! It stores each email as .ost file in AppData/Local/Microsoft/Outlook and does not allow you to choose the same data files.
I have installed complete Office 365 from the Family Version with 6 subscriptions on another computer of mine. On all other computers I have no problems installing as a single application working all emails in that itself.
In fact it is getting to be quite a pain in the you know where and have half a mind to gut it completely and install Windows 10.
Is there any way to have it the usual convenient way on Windows 11.
