Trying to install Repair Version of Beta channel.

Win 11 Insider Release Preview and Beta channels.
Is it normal when trying to install the repair version of any Windows build (mine is the Beta version) for it to take forever to install?
Right now I have been waiting for over 4 hours now with it stuck at 61%. Should it continue and should I wait longer?

Well, I finally gave up and stopped the installation. After over 5 hours of installing and stuck at 61%, I shut her down. This repair version has never worked for me, never. I have tried many a time on different builds and it always stops at 61% on ALL of them. ALWAYS.

Any ideas? I really can't figure this out.

I can / have done a 'Repair Install' on my system a few times; it only takes about 40 minutes.
However -
  • You will only be able to perform a repair install of Windows 11 from within Windows 11. You will not be able to perform a repair install at boot or in Safe Mode.
  • The Windows 11 installation media (ISO or USB) must be the same edition, same version, and same or higher build as the currently installed Windows 11.
  • The Windows 11 installation media (ISO or USB) must be for the same language as your currently installed Windows 11.
(Otherwise, you can't keep personal files and / or apps)

Thank you but this is not the problem. As I stated, when I go to install Repair Version, it downloads just fine and then starts to install. When it gets to 61% installation, it stops. As I said above, I waited 5 hours and it never moved. This is not the first time this has happened to me.
