Turn off JIT completely

Windows 11 for Workstations
Whenever an exception occurs I get:
1765633608906.webp

If I want JIT turned ON I will do so. If not I want the exception to be processed normally (event log etc...).

(For clarity - actually want that SnippingTool failure to be logged normally so I can report it)

How to achieve that?

I am surprised people actually use that tool. I use capture app or PrtScr + mspaint.

I'm using a fairly old version of SnagIt, works great and does everything I need it to do.
