Given the history of your threads, and zero progress, you might consider a clean install.

1) If you're looking for assistance, cute subjects are counter productive. You want to give your thread a subject that relates to your question

A full Windows disk impacts performance. Use CleanUp tool and make sure you have over 10% of the total capacity free. You can also move files to another disk. Also fragmented disk slows down the system, use defragmentation to make it faster, although not entirely necessary if you have an SSD. Check which applications load at startup and disable most of them, like update reminders, loading browsers or other applications before you need them etc. If you are a little more advanced have a look at non-Microsoft services and disable those not essential to run the system. Check your graphics driver. Windows Update might have installed a new but not optimal version and it slows down your computer. Download latest official version directly from Intel/nVidia/AMD and install it. It will make a great difference. Last is to check RAM and disk health. Assuming these are OK, check for malware with Superantispyware and remove all results.

Just follow what I suggested above, if you still have a problem give us more details. Also if Superantispyware finds over 500 results, I recommend using a second utility, such as Malwarebyte Antimalware to find anything it missed. If both utilities find more than 1000 I would consider to backup any data and format the disk (do a clean installation of Windows 11).

Remove the modern Windows 11 23H2 and up, install the 21H2 Lite version and your PC will be fast forever, ending this slowness.

Almost the same as running 23H2 or higher and disabling/removing features you don't need. I prefer the official unmodified version (aka vanilla) and disable features myself. I don't like clipped versions such as Tiny11 and the like.
