Is your Ubuntu on a separate computer or part of a dual-boot or the Windows thing with Linux? Is it attempting to connecting through Wi-Fi or has it been tried by Ethernet cable to the Router? I haven't experienced the latter two but use Linux Mint on a Desktop connected via Ethernet and couple of small Notebooks connecting via Wi-Fi that don't have sufficient space for keeping up with Windows 10. Only replied to get more information provided.

Which distro of Ubuntu? Haven't experienced the problem but have seen on other forums that the version may not be sufficiently up-to-date for new hardware coming out. My version of Mint is 20.3, all on x64 machines.
