Both Mint Cinnamon and Ubuntu are excellent. I've never dealt with Xubuntu. I run both on Live Usb, mostly to recover Windows data. As an installation, I would probably choose Mint Cinnamon but you can't go wrong either way. Mint has a more traditional Windows like feel while Ubuntu has a more modern interface. See this video.

System 3 is non compliant Dell 9020 i7-4770/24gb ram Win11 PRO 26200.9168
I personally dual boot Linux Mint Cinnamon with Windows 11 on my ThinkPad laptop. It works great for me. The others I've either never tried or don't like at all.
There are plenty of other options too, depending on what your main use case for Linux would be. For gaming or real time music production there exist purpose built distributions that adresses audio routing and latency issues that may occur on other distributions.
For everything else, almost anything will work fine. Most important is which Desktop Environment and accompanying tools you personally prefer.

Ubuntu uses snap packages
Snapcraft - Snaps are universal Linux packages
Snaps are containerised software packages that are simple to create and install. They auto-update and are safe to run. And because they bundle their dependencies, they work on all major Linux systems without modification.

Linux Mint does not it uses DEB packages
which means you can use the Debian repro's
out of the choices i would go for Linux Mint
note
i used Ubuntu for 20 years before moving back to Windows
and i haven't found any Linux distro to replace it, but for me snaps is a big no.

One thing I recall is that they're 100% committed to rewriting core binaries using Rust. This can be both a good and a bad thing. Memory safety is a good thing, but some binaries don't really need that level of memory safety since they don't have any kind of privileges but rewriting them can cause other compatibility issues later...

Linux Mint is built off of Ubuntu (they tend to hang back on older LTS releases), XUbuntu is Ubuntu but comes with Xfce desktop environment (GUI) otherwise it's basically the same thing as Ubuntu and you can with a little work turn Ubunut into XUbuntu
