Why do you say the latter?
I became less certain as to which browser and which device you had connected to what network. It is therefore difficult to advise.

I have this problem on both Android Chrome and Kiwi Browser and Windows Chrome and Edge if not using a VPN.

Already tried. It must be something related to my ISP. Other european users state this site is also blocked in their countries.

If it's not your browser or your computer, then the problem is the ISP and the routing as it could be blocking based on IP or something else. What you should do is write to 1fichier support at 1fichier.com: Cloud Storage and see what they say. Should always start from the connection before talking about the apps including the browser. Can you post the output for the following two commands from a command prompt?

nslookup 1fichier.com

tracert 1fichier.com

Also, have you tried incognito/private mode in the browsers to see if the problem still happens?

Could you tell me how can I post the Command Prompt's results here? Do I simply copy its text and paste it here?

I did use incognito mode in the browsers and the problem still happens. Also, it looks like I don't have this issue on the phone when using the mobile network, which is odd.

Either screenshot it or just copy and paste as text.

The phone uses a different ISP so it's not the same provider and it might be the IP's that are being blocked either inbound or outbound by either 1fitchier or the someone between you and 1fichier as you are in Portugal and 1fichier is in France so depends how the actual packet goes from your device to 1fichier which even traceroutes will show is one direction, the reverse direction is something you can't see but only 1fichier can see but they can't see how your traffic goes back to them unless you show them.

If the problem still happens in incognito mode in browsers, that would rule out the browser as the problem.

As far as the phone is concerned, if using Wifi on the phone has the problem but not when using the mobile/cellular network and the WiFi uses the same ISP as the computer, that would mean it's the IP and all networks upstream from you are the culprit.

What do you mean? My phone's ISP is the same as my PC's.

Hmm, the routing is working and so is the DNS. What I meant was I assumed your mobile when connected to WiFi uses the same ISP as the computer but there are always people with exceptions to that rule. So obviously something is blocking it which means if it's not 1fichier doing it, then it could be anything in the forward path and return paths between your home network and 1fichier. Did you put in the X's for everything from hop 5 to hop 13 or is that the way it actually shows because it seems like you are getting ICMP Ping timeouts from hop 4 and later.

The very last time I used 1fichier was when support told me that I was having problems with their service because I had trend micro running in my router. They informed me that in order to use their service I'd have to disable it. I said rack off and forfeited a years subscription. Sounded really suspect so I ditched them. Up until that point I used it all the time. That was 2 years ago now.

    …still on a horse.
Could it be possible or have you already tried to go to a friends house with different
ISP and try to connect from there? Also, could you set up a Hotspot using your
phone and connect the notebook that way since you say the ISP provider is not
the same as your phone's.

Have you tried restarting (not resetting) the router? It can happen that certain websites become inaccessible on one device but not the other (even, if both devices are using the same ISP and modem to connect) after some glitch caused the ARP table in the router to get corrupted. Normally, the router should automatically rebuild this table during restart.

My phone's Wi-Fi uses the same ISP as my PC's, indeed.

No, I put it to hide my IP.

I have this problem right after installing Windows 11, so with no programs installed.

Could it be possible or have you already tried to go to a friends house with different
ISP and try to connect from there? Also, could you set up a Hotspot using your
phone and connect the notebook that way since you say the ISP provider is not
the same as your phone's.

Also found this:

List of websites/domains blocked by ISP's in Portugal

Have a look and see if it's in there.

No, I didn't. The ISP provider is the same. I used the phone to create a hotspot and connected the laptop and I could access 1fichier on the latter.

1fichier doesn't appear and that list is outdated and doesn't even show all ISPs.

Yes, many times. This happened with the previous ISP router as well.

I know this is OT but after changing the router's DNS to Cloudfare's, I still have to manually set it on many devices. What's the point of doing the former, then?

Trend micro was running inside the router, some routers have extra software security firewalls included in the firmware for extra protection.
I’m not suggesting yours does, but that’s what happened to me.

Sorry, I thought I read you installed it on Windows and not that it already come integrated with the router. My router has a firewall. How can I know its brand?

If you know how to access your router, it should state pretty obviously in there. If not, the routers details on the manufacturers website. However most routers I have used that have this software option requires it to be turned on by the user.

In my case, it doesn't state. The firewall was automatically enabled. Also, I've never updated the router since I don't know how to and if it's really needed.
