I used command Reg import "e:/Upgrade.reg" to solve blue screen error in Windows 11 installed on E partition of 500 gb hdd, which has 3 more partitions having 8.1, and 10 OS on separate partitions c and d.
How to do this to correct blue screen error?

I'm sorry, but I do not understand what you are trying to do and WHY. I do understand you have blue screens, but you haven't given enough background details. Blue screen issues should be reported in the BSOD Crash Analysis section of the forum. I will ask the moderator to move this thread to that section, but you still need to provide more information.

You can't import registry backup you did because from Windows Recovery Environment Windows registry hives are not imported and used.

Post a picture of the blue screen error message.

If there are any memory dumb files, attached the memory dumb files (.dmp) to your next post. You can find the memory dump files at C:\Windows or C:\Windows\MiniDump folder.

You can open File Explorer by typing notepad.exe command at Command Prompt and from Notepad click File --> Open.

Thanks Mr. Freebooter.
I have uploaded the screenshot of BSOD error code 0xc00000e9.
Chkdsk command fixed the problem and Windows 11 booted normally.
But again same error occurred.
Please suggest any solution.

When I press F9 other installed Windows versions 8.1 and 10 boot well and normally.
Thanks Sir.

The 0xc00000e9 error code always has to do with the boot process for Windows when the system is unable to access a drive or disk, which means it cannot read or copy data. Because it's common, there are many reasons why the error might appear, but the most common are:
Bad hard drive
Improperly configured UEFI settings
Corrupt system files
Boot sector virus/malware

You have given us no background as to what led up to this error. Did it happen when you upgraded to Windows 11? Have you made any hardware changes? What led up to you receiving this error? Did it start right out of the blue? For us to assist you, you have to tell us anything you did so we have something to go on.

So let me get this straight. You have a triple boot system. All 3 OS show up in your boot menu. 8 & 10 boot fine but 11 does not. Is this a new install of 11 that has NEVER booted correctly OR a system that previously worked but is no longer working?

Please download and run SeaTools for Windows.

Before the installation begins you will be prompted to either Decline or Accept the terms of the installation, click on I Accept.

1. Once the installation begins SeaTools for Windows will search for HDDs and SSDs on your computer.

2. Detected Drives will list the HDDs and SSDs found. Place a check mark in the drive box you want to run the scan on. This should be the drive that has the operating system installed on it, this is usually C: drive.

3. You will see Basic Tests toolbar above Detected Drives, move the mouse pointer over this to open the test options. Please click on Long Generic Test

4. This will start the scan. When the scan is complete you will see the result under Test Status , please post the results in your topic.

5. The test will indicate either Pass or Fail. Post the results of the scan in your topic.

6. Click on Help, then click on View Log File. If the scan failed take a screen shot of the Log File and post it in your topic.

Thanks again Mr. Glasskuter.
My pc has windows 11 OS BUILD 22000.434 latest upgrade. My pc has 6gb RAM which is the oly requirement meeting Windows 11 to qualify. My pc has celeron processor motherboard ASUS 12 years old configuration.
The problem of BSOD error occurred ever since I started using USB HUB junction to attach 1.5 TB external hdd of WD Hard disk and 500 gb SSD of SAMSUNG make,
externally. Also I run HDD REGENERATOR from Sergi Strelec latest version bootable usb. It found and fixed some errors of bad sectors. Also I run DISM command to check health of windows 11 by using IMAGE HEALTH software downloaded from www.tenforums.com. I suspect front usb port and some area of partition of Windows 11 faulty.
After reinstalling Windows 11, it works smoothly for some period and then as I mentioned above ,when I use external storages like hdd or SSD problem takes place.
Should I change parition of windows 11?

I'm not saying you can't get 11 to work. I'm saying you shouldn't on such outdated and unsupported hardware. It seems somewhat ludicrous to me.

BSOD error occurred ever since I started using USB HUB junction
Well there you go. That's the direction you should be looking. At boot tap f12 at the splash screen to bring up your boot menu. If the windows install is valid it should boot from WIndows Boot Manager. Select it. If it boots , that means your UEFI bios setting for first boot device has been changed. You will probably see that your first boot device is something other than Windows boot manager. Change it.
If you do not see Windows Boot Manager as an option, please report back with what you DO see in your boot menu.

Sir, Thanks for giving me so much response and your valuable time.
I followed your steps, in BIOS changed Windows Boot Manager to first place and booted. Again it gave another Blue Screen Error of BAD SYSTEM COFIG INFO stating "your pc ran into problem..." and then the same error as I have posted in the screenshot above giving F8 , F9and Enter options.
Finally I will try for Sea Tools and inform you.
Thanks Sir.
