Hello.
I was helping my mother in law back up her images from her mobile to a USB flashdrive. The images was copied over but when we double click to open the image we are receiving the following message.

Any support to try and resolve this would be amazing and appreciated as these are her holiday photos. The laptop is on Windows 11 and is all upto date, we have also reset and clicked repair photos in the settings for the photos application.
