Solved Unable to open network connections/System Tray abnormal behavior

Hi all, when I hover the mouse over System Tray all of the icons are highlighted together (Network connection, Volume and Battery), I'm unable to choose them individually, and when clicking the volume level is displayed, I'm unable to display Wifi connections, etc. I'm attaching a screenshot. Any fix? Thanks

Right click Taskbar, select Taskbar Settings or
Settings>Personalization>Taskbar
and or Settings>Personalization>Taskbar>Taskbar Corner Overflow
Also in Picture you posted click pencil icon (Edit).

Mines always looked this way.Not a Laptop.

That is normal. Although they are grouped together, you can right-click on each icon individually and get a link to the relevant settings.

A left-click brings up the same menu, whichever icon you click on. Here I have edited mine and removed everything, as your is currently configured. To add back all the tiles that you're missing, click on the 'pencil' icon to edit the quick settings.

    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.

    My SYSTEM THREE is a Dell Latitude 5410, i7-10610U, 32GB RAM, 512GB NVMe ssd, supported device running Windows 11 Pro (and all my Hyper-V VMs).

With attached batch script, you can reset Quick Settings in Windows 11.

Thanks everyone, yes, the pencil icon enabled me to add custom widgets (wifi, bluetooth, etc). When running the batch script provided by FreeBooter above, all of the widgets were enabled as seen in attached screenshot, thanks!
