One of the more annoying "features." Utterly useless, even when the rest of the OS is working correctly, if your ISP is striving for the most asymmetrical service possible.

Tried that, same result. Tried everything so far. There doesn't seem to be any way to remove this, unless I manualy delete the folders and clean the registry. I can't 'repair' the installation either.
