Hello... Curious, where is the Setting for select which icons appear on the taskbar? You know the setting for always show all icons in the notification area, thanks

Speaking specifically of "Under The Taskbar". I actually saw this thread topic and thought this is what it was about.
I use Telegram, and when a message just popped up, it popped up from under the taskbar instead of on top. Weird.
