In short, how do I go about reinstalling my Intel Integrated Drivers?

The graphics drivers says; Something went wrong no driver was found that can be installed on the current device Installer exit code 8.

I have also attached an error log.

So, does that mean I can disregard DDU and instead just activate my OEM driver installer and tick the "Clean install" option if there is one?

Furthermore, this isn't what I really asked. I wanted to know how to reinstall my Intel Display Drivers now that they are completely cleared out from using DDU.

But to answer my own question; it seems using System Restore did the trick. My Intel Display Drivers were completely restored, the only inconvenience was having to reinstall an entire slew of OEM drivers for the various components of my device.
