Unplugging a device

How do I unplug a device from a Win 11 computer (laptop). I cannot find any info on this anywhere. It is easy with Win 7 because there is a button on the bottom taskbar for unplugging a device. With Win 11, I cannot find any such button.

Check the hidden icons in the notification area.
