Windows Update has installed this (again). This is causing problems with my Security app. Smart App control is gone completely, and the SecurityHealthService.exe keeps crashing when I open the app.

I've used Windows Update show/hide to stop it installing again until a fix is released but this is not ideal.

Update: Disabling the TPM stops the app from crashing but Smart App control settings are still absent. The Device security screen is completely blank when the TPM is enabled so I'm thinking the new update isn't liking the TPM.

Device security screen shown in pic is AFTER the TPM was disabled, with the latest update to Antimalware installed.
Smart App control can only be found by using Search but it's completely non-functional, can't select On, Off or Evaluation. MS have definitely made a mess here.

Fantastic, if I get that I'll delete the folder like I did last time.
Edit: Didn't get this on RP build 22621.1343
So far I only got it on one machine with Public Build 22621.1265.
Deleting the folder doesn't help, because W.U. reinstalls it as you connect to the internet. 🤣🤣🤷‍♂️
Looks like the latest version of kb5007651 is supposed to be not just for Dev build.
Anyway, I found a way to fix it as explained in this thread:
