Windows 11 22H2 (Build 22621.2283) when I check for Windows updates, I keep seeing this "update for Windows Security Platform" appear for like half of a second then disappear.
I have Windows Defender completely disabled including all its services as I use ESET NOD32.
Why does this update keep reappearing briefly and disappearing and how to stop it from doing so?
