Hello community,
I have now tried dozens of times to update my Canary 27954 to 27965.
Every time I get the same error message:
0xC1900101 - 0x4001E
The installation was not successful. An error occurred during the PRE_OOBE process in the SECOND_BOOT phase.

What I have done so far:
sfc /scannow, all DISM commands,
updating all drivers (there is still no problem in Device Manager)
Disconnecting all peripheral devices
All the advice from the web, etc.
Nothing worked.

I uploaded the setupact.log:
https://1drv.ms/u/c/9ce030fc043ee780/EV ... w?e=Evb0Gq

Can anyone who knows what they're doing take a look at this and shed some light on the matter?
Thanks for your help.

0xC1900101 is a generic rollback code, and usually indicates that an incompatible driver is present. The incompatible driver can cause blue screens, system hangs, and unexpected reboots.
You might see if the upgrade failure logfiles will steer you to the problem. They are in MS speak but can be helpful in providing more info.
It depends at which point the failure occurs as to which logfiles are created.

The following log files are created when an upgrade fails, and the installation rollback is initiated:
  • C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Rollback\setupact.log
  • C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Rollback\setupact.err
Possibly the logfiles with say which one. Here's MS article on how to decifer the logfiles, again in MS technical speak, but maybe it can be of help. Log files and resolving upgrade errors

If you are unable to make any sense of the logfile, The only other thing I can suggest for you to do is use the V2 log collector instructions found in the following link to gather the necessary logs, put them all in a folder and zip the folder. Upload the zipped folder to any cloud provider and post a shared link here. Maybe @zbook can provide asistance. BSOD - Posting Instructions
