Updating an old computer last used running windows 7 or trying to.

I pulled an old ASUS computer last running Windows 7 i updated the browser got it working but would like to bring it up to date do any of my fellow forum members think it could be upgraded?
I remember years ago when XD was ended everyone went from their XD to Win 7 to 8 then 8.1 and then Microsoft offered us Win 10.

Yeah. Just skip the tpm check during install. If you’re not sure how, use Rufus to burn the iso with that option

Was the previously upgraded to 8 or 10? If not then you’ll not be able to as Microsoft have now officially closed the free upgrade. it’ll also be difficult to find a genuine Win 8 or Win 10 key.

Anything else may be possible. I know Edge runs under Windows 8 but you’ll keep getting warning messages about it not being supported on that os.
