USB driver Logitech DiNovo Edge wireless keyboard Windows 11 Sanity Check/Cleanup?

The KBD will not connect when scanned, it has in the past. It no longer appears during Add Device.

Delete fails when in System Settings. This is what I get when I delete the device from Device Manager BTHENUM\DEV_000761E46A90\B&62612BF&0&BLUETOOTHDEVICE_000761E46A90 was deleted. Class Guid: {e0cbf06c-cd8b-4647-bb8a-263b43f0f974}

Is the BTHENUM corrupted? (ampersands, etc.)

pnpuitil flags the ampersands. "The ampersand (&) character is not allowed." No amount of fiddling/cleanup of the ID yields anything good.

I've run SFC and SCANNOW & DISM. Everything's clear except DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, gives Error: 0x800f081f, not sure if that's related to the USB issue.

Welcome to the forum. If you’ve plugged an external bluetooth adapter into your system and your system is equipped with bluetooth , your external device can cause conflict with your system. In this case, disable one of the adapters in device manage to see if it resolves your problem

Whether the DISM error relates to your Bluetooth keyboard, I can not say since I have not seen your log.
But it's advisable to get your system running clean, (no errors in dism) before troubleshooting another issue.
You can try cleaning up the component store. Then run dism again to see if it runs clean. Then re-pair the keyboard.

I also have one on my desk, my favourite mouse and keyboard combination.
But that’s all they do anymore, I got sick of having to mess with them and now I’m sick of trying to have them work at all.
