I can't seem to figure out why this remains disabled.
I suspect it happened because I added an org user account to the computer. I removed that AzureAD user from Settings/Other Users, the machine isn't domain-joined, the policy about this setting is not set. The registry key didn't exist but I set DisableAutomaticRestartSignOn to 0 and still the option in settings is disabled.
