User folder edge not editable

I can no longer edit, delete, or restore files in my AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\ folder. If I try to delete a file inside it, Windows asks for permission from the administrator account, which is the one I am currently using. Is this a new Edge protection mechanism or is it just my problem? Any attempt to change permissions fails.

It is already my property, and any attempt to change the permissions fails, both from gui and from cli.
