i know it's in appdata. i want to hide this specific folder, not just the root directory. i like to make system and driver folders hidden to keep them out of my way and reduce clutter. this is the only one i can't make hidden.

command prompt as admin:

attrib +s +h full folder path /S /D /L

but it'll still show if you show System Protected Files/Folders

for some reason i can't open programs unless i run as admin. my local account does say it is admin.

i did net user Administrator /active:no after i got my user name changed. not sure if that is correct or if i have to do something else.
