Username & Password fields Missing on Some Websites

When accessing some websites, the sign-on screen is blank; i.e. the screen is blank or just has the website logo, but username fields and password fields are missing. On at least one web site, a healthcare site, I used to be able to click on a blood test, for example, and drill down to se the actual test results. That no longer works. When I drill down, I get a blank screen.

This started few months ago, and I don't recall adding any new programs. It is NOT a browser or web site problem because I have tried three different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, and IE) and the problem persists. Furthermore, I can access those "problem" sites just fine using Chrome on my iPad. My assumption, therefore, is that this is a Windows issue or some other issue other than a browser problem.

Here is what I have tried so far:
1) Reinstalled Windows 11, and all updates are current.
2) Ran SFC and DISM; no problems detected.
3) Disabled anti-virus software when accessing the sites.
3) Checked security settings in Windows. Didn't see anything out of whack.
4) Just for grins, cleared cookies and cache on browser.

I'm fresh out of ideas, so any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Sounds like JavaScript is being blocked by some security add-on. Which antivirus is in use?

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I'm using Webroot Secure Anywhere. IF it was due to Javascript being blocked, wouldn't it affect many other sites, as well? Right now there are only three web sites where I've had the problem.

In some cases, the site you are trying to access is not compatible with whatever version of the browser you are using. Sometimes they want to you use one specific browser and sometime when a browser is updated, the remote sites have to make changes in their system to accomodate the changes. It's easily tested by using with another browser. For example, my bank will not let me connect through my main browser. I have to use Edge.

Add-ons can be specifically targeting sites such as the 'No Script' add-on.

Thanks all, for your replies. Yes, Java script is enabled.

As I said initially, I do not believe this is a browser problem. I have tried accessing the problem web sites using three different browsers. I get the same issue occurring on each browser.

Could you point us to one of those sites? That is if you want to. I am using several browsers as well from different channels. Maybe we could see what's happening.

Does your browser console report any problems on these sites?

Usually, if you press CTRL + SHIFT + J in your browser the console will open (if not, you can find it in your F12 Tools) then refresh or open an affected page.
